Bamboo Linens and the huge benefits For Your Hotel

While attending a bed and breakfast conference lately, I visited Inn Style in owner section to research what that they had in the form of organic cotton bed sheets. Instead, I came across organic bamboo sheets. The bedding I found are completely bamboo fiber sheets, not really a bamboo/cotton blend.

These sheets have all the benefits of satin, silk, and high quality Egyptian cotton bed sheets, with several disadvantages of some of them. The price is quite realistic. Nothing slips off them during the night (the way you experience satin bed linens). The hands (how it drapes across your hand) is heavenly. These bedding, be they knit or woven, are smooth, supple, and silky to the touch.

Bamboo and silk fibers are more easily damaged by bleaching than other fabrics, so using baking soda pop and white vinegar in your clean and rinse cycles, respectively, are a much better way of keeping bedding clean, shiny and soft (and not stinking of perfumes within fabric softeners). If the bedding get a tough stain, StainSolver is a powerful air bleach you can securely use with them. Bamboo bed sheets also fare better with a cold-water clean, rather than a warm- or hot-water wash. Think of the comfort you create and the amount of money you save with these laundry changes!

Bamboo sheets are a great option to organic cotton because bamboo grows readily significantly less water than cotton, and without fertilizers or pesticides. By purchasing natural-colored, un-dyed bed linens, you have completed the routine of natural bedding. And they feel so good you are caring for your guests, treating them like royalty, but on a reasonable budget.

The knit bamboo sheets I bought from Inn Style to test out came in several, softly hued colors; I select natural. I later found white, 250 thread-count woven bamboo linens at Sam's club. They are a far greater quality than any discount bed sheet I've ever experienced or purchased. The fabric in both pieces of bamboo bedding is gentle and drapes nicely. They breathe well, helping keep your guests comfortable forever.

Personally I've preferred jersey-knit sheets because I reside in a cool-temperature climate and these sheets regulated my temperature year 'round. I was concerned that I was going to lose that temperature balance easily quit my knit bed linens. Neither of the bamboo sheets is a problem for me personally; I keep up with the right temperature while I rest.

The sheets were soft when we first opened up the package. Each have been laundered only double, so far, but the laundry email address details are positive. WHILE I removed the knit linens from the drier the first time, after a few hours to be crumpled, I was relieved to see they weren't terribly wrinkled. Both pieces are relatively wrinkled following the laundry cycle, which is a problem for some people, but a non-issue for me. I'll record again after we've had them much longer and washed them a lot more times.

Organic bamboo sheets are a natural for the lodging industry. Bamboo is eco-friendly in its growth patterns, and if you look after your bamboo bed sheets naturally, they also are good for your guests with allergies and chemical substance sensitivities. You can purchase them at several places, but Inn Style and Sam's is where I began.
